Responsibilities included; preparation of the set with lights, equipment, and other miscellaneous props. Assisting directors, producers, cameramen, and other crewmembers. Escort talent around the filming area, as well coordinate extras. Conduct crowd control by locking down the sets. Also, acted as a runner to undertake any errands assigned

Assisted the fashion show by, shooting, editing, and using graphic design to prepare promotional videos for the swimsuit line. Ensured maintenance of video catalog.

Daily responsibilities included; answering phones, assisting Society Members set up, maintain memberships, coordinate with festival production crew and act as representative for the Miami Film Society.

Served as communication facilitator between various elements involved in selecting locations for shooting scenes. Ensured that the Director and Assistant Director had necessary clearance from the city and county prior to filming. Coordinated with all security personal and county officials to execute all safety and security protocol.
