I logged in the field during shooting and wrote summaries of each scene. I interfaced with production and story departments to track unfolding arcs and beats. I also highlighted important moments and transcribed key quotes for editor.

I organized and sent personalized shooting schedules to cast members. I addressed cast needs, provided cast transportation, and served as their liaison with production. I also released locations and guest/ extra appearances.

I reviewed all uncensored footage and wrote descriptions for each minute on PilotWare. I also inputted and organized release and clearance information for extra appearances. In addition, I assisted story department in developing characters, identifying major themes, and highlighting key plot points.

I distributed progress cuts to directors, producers, and network executives. I executed quality assurance on cuts, handled administrative duties, and supported editorial staff. My main responsibility was the facilitation of daily footage between our post house, editors, and the network.

I updated weekly editorial schedules, facilitated the transportation of dailies, and oversaw office craft services.

I assisted in ADR Sessions, music spots, and episode screenings. I organized and maintained post production paperwork for wrap binders and production office.
