Coordinate arrivals of cast, walk cast to and from set, make sure all minors went to school for correct amount of time, assist cast in any needs they had, standby on set to receive cast after filming.

Update schedules for Talent. Make sure they had all updated script revisions. Know where any talent was at any given moment in case they were needed. Clean out Talent trailers at night and prep for the next day. Clean up Set. Runs. Load Out. Assist in the office after talent wrapped to organize releases and PO/Invoices.

Drive Crew around Columbus Ohio for Broll to be added to documentary about Napalm. Helped find specific styles of locations they were looking for.

Assist Producers with all needs backstage. Insure we have all content needed with each contestant. Get talent to all of the correct locations for filming. Escort Talent. Enter notes received from Producers on content filmed. Coordinate with producers/crews on content needed. Logging shot information.
