Booking and managing vendors, securing props and set locations, facilitating Trade Outs (in exchange for free or lower priced locations and services), bridging the gap between Executive Team asks and Production Management in order to accommodate misc show needs. Managing Google docs and worksheets, managing logistics, schedules, communication, invoice and payments for vendors. Communicating with field Producers to ensure talent and set needs are met. Being a bada** and helping whoever I can when possible because there is no I in team and we are only as strong as our weakest link.

I’ve covered for Field Producers and have been responsible for planning scenes, creating and managing schedules, writing beat sheets, managing crew on set, building relationships with cast, giving cast direction, and prompting conversations. My normal AP responsibilities include logging scenes, writing summaries and hot sheets, conducting interviews, securing props and locations, taking set stills, managing media, acquiring releases (when necessary), contributing creative ideas and managing story related materials on our shared drive.

Provided support to the Creative Team while managing logistics, crew meals, releases, expenses, and a tight production schedule . Created petty cash reports, itineraries, crew logs, also booked travel and secured locations. I moved quickly into Creative because that’s where my heart is. Coordinating gave me great initiative and a well rounded perspective of the industry.

Assisted with office preparation, runs, organization, meeting set up and any other needs of Executive Producers.

Financial Reconciliation of Cashets (P Cards) and Petty Cash. Responsible for recording and replenishing production spending/funds. Creation and administration of accounting documents. Release management

Organization and Programming of transmitters, micing talent, booming, equipment management

Assisted the Office Coordinator with everything from paperwork filing to release management. Worked in the field, helping with set up and break down. Managed production money, lunch orders, schedule, travel to and from set and releases.

Worked directly with A1 and A2's as an audio tech. Ran XLR's with up to 12 channel splits to appropriate feeds. Set mics around the arena and in announcer booths. Assisted with audio trouble shooting during gametime and striking post game.

Reception

Assisted the Coordinator with any office needs like crafty set up, crew airport runs, office supply shopping and running items to/ from the concert site.
