HSM on the season finale of the Voice Season 20 with Cam Anthony as the winner. Ran the press room event where all the talent came in for interviews after they performed. Made sure all cast/crew/press had on proper PPE, masks, and stayed 6ft apart. Sanitized the area and handed out masks to those who needed them. Made the press sanitize microphones/cameras in between interviews to insure proper safety. All cast/crew had to fill out a daily health check in, temperature check and get tested prior to being allowed on set. Monitored anyone with symptoms, filled out reports, and made sure it was a safe set according to the return to work agreement.

Covid Health and Saftey Manager (HSM) in charge of making sure all cast/crew/production/guests were covid compliant, wearing proper PPE at all times during filming, making sure everyone stayed 6 ft apart and wore masks over their nose and mouth, proper sanitization of the sets, keeping numbers at bay with compliance guidelines, not allowing more than the proper amount of people inside the sets at any given time. Reporting any positive cases to the production team personnel. Making sure all cast and crew properly washed and sanitized equipment in between use, checking temperatures daily, having people fill out the daily health check in, walking around to make sure all areas were sanitized and ready to go. Implementing proper protocol on set both in doors and out side, separating people during lunch to keep the 6 ft apart rule.

HSM in charge of keeping all cast/crew/production safe on set. Handed out proper PPE, mask, face shields, hand sanitizer, in charge of daily health checkin's, temperature checks, monitoring symptoms for covid, making sure all cast and crew are properly tested, reporting any positive cases, keeping the max occupancy regulations for on set, monitoring social distancing, keeping all cast up to date on important safety concerns. Making sure all the dancers/cast/crew/background/models were wearing masks covering the nose and mouth while not on set, sanitizing in between takes, lunch and keeping props and gear clean and ready for the next use.

Covid Compliance Officer- When covid first hit, I took every training I could to become the covid compliance officer that was now required to film to be on set. I worked as the covid compliance officer on several commercial productions including brands like CarShield with Ice-T, Chris Berman and others, Choice Home Warranty with Richard Karn, among several others. As the cco, I had to pass out all PPE, order supplies, keep the set safe and sanitary, keep social distancing on set, make sure all cast and crew were following the return to work agreements, schedule on set testing, keep track of all the results, report and positive cases to the proper upper management. Daily health checkins, temperature checks and making sure anyone who had symptoms was taken off the set. I had to schedule meetings, do the morning safety meetings, make sure food was properly handled during lunch, crafty etc.

I was the Production Coordinator/Talent Coordinator/BTS photographer/Associate Producer/Covid Supervisor, in charge of setting up crafty, hiring all crews, sending out start paperwork, doing castings, setting up zoom interviews, cold calling potential testimonials, first to arrive on set, last to leave. I made and sent out call sheets, ordered supplies, took care of travel arrangements, booked vendors, scouted locations and negotiated rates, handled permits and permit services. I put out casting notices, handled all email correspondence and pre interviews, scheduled bookings, fittings, purchased props and set dec. I was the go to person on set to make sure everything ran smoothly and handled any problems that occurred. I was the right hand man to the creative director and producer, watching monitors and talking with the clients to make sure we didn't miss any important info. I was in charge of all the petty cash, reconciling receipts, paying for last minute needs, sending PA's on runs, getting supplies, following up with crew to send in invoices so they could get paid. I was in charge of running the production office both on set and remotely. From pre production to wrap out I was the one who handled all the info. Created folders for jobs in Dropbox and other storage softwares, I worked on and off with them for over 5 years.

Captured a range of high quality, candid BTS photos for the Car Shield Commercials with Ice-T and Chris Berman in NJ. Took promo photos, while on set, working with production to get the best possible images and using my natural eye for details to obtain the amazing outcomes. Documenting everything that was going on to capture the atmosphere on set from start to finish.

Managed travel accommodations for crew/talent including booking hotels & car rentals/pickups drop offs. Arranged group reservations, & resolving travel-related problems. Responsible for the performance of pre-trip procedures, booking travel & preparing travel itinerates, pickup times, arrival to & from location & hotel. Escorted talent to & from set, back to holding & assessed all talent needs.

Worked with production to select suitable actors for roles for commercial advertisements. Helped with scripts, auditions, zoom meetings, call backs, fittings, etc.

In charge of all PA's, working both in the office and on set. Set up and take down of lunch, making sure all production needs were met. Handled all paperwork for cast and crew, was the go to person on set for any and all needs.

Worked both in the office and on set to ensure all aspects of production ran smoothly. Hired crew, in charge of rentals, in charge of all paperwork for cast and crew. I also was the site rep on location for any go too needs or questions. Assisted the producer with all needs to in running the production.

Shopped for props and set dressing options for filming. Gathered info in the office and was sent on my way. Went to several different stores to gather props and items needed on set for filming.

Worked both in the office and on set as key PA, picked up equipment rentals, shopped for set decorations, props, set decoration set up and take down, returned rental equipment, ordering lunch, running errands, ran the slate etc.

Worked on a commercial from pre production to post production both in the office and on set. Hired my crew and managed all paperwork for the shoot. I worked as the BTS Still photographer and production photographer taking pictures of all cast while filming a psychic source commercial along with some BTS action shots of the crew.

I assisted the producer for a commercial in finding and securing the location of the Semi Valley Town Center to shoot and film a commercial for psychic source. Contacted both the city and location to secure permits for filming, set up tech scout location, handled all the paperwork, made sure we had all equipment needs met, etc.

Worked on set taking BTS stills for the commercial

Worked on set as a stage PA doing various jobs and tasks including driving production vehicles to pick up and drop off talent, setting props on stage, moving items around set, and helping with all aspects of production.

I was the production designer and BTS photographer for the 48hour film project for TEAM REBELUTION. We chose the Halloween as our Holiday and so this was the set I created for the project.

I shot BTS still photos of both the cast and crew and production stills to be used for advertising purposes.

Independent feature film I manage several positions on a very small crew set. I set up crafty, set dressed the scenes as art department, ran the slate, managed all paperwork, took BTS photographs and so much more! Act as 1st and 2nd AD wrangle talent, call scenes, keep production running on time and smoothly, I am the go to person for any set needs if someone can't find it, I normally know where it is, if someone doesn't have something I normally have it.

Scouted locations for filming a commercial.. Got in contact with residents, scheduled location meetings, drove to the locations and took pictures of various possible locations and put together images to send to clients. Email correspondence between locations and production.

Working in the office and on set for commercial productions. Scouting and managing locations, securing permits, handling paperwork, reserving rental equipment, running errands, following up with clients, creating lists, spreadsheets etc.

Worked as a temp filling in for the office manager/ receptionist over the past 12 years while people were out sick or on vacation. Answering high phone volume of calls for a busy production team, ordering lunch, office supplies, conducted inventory of supplies, managed all office meetings. Worked doing day to day office duties, upkeep of logs and pulling permits, creating spreadsheets, google docs, emailing etc. Microsoft outlook, Microsoft office, excel, data entry, google, etc. Quick learner, in a fast paced ever changing environment. Very detail oriented, punctual, team player, ability to make things happen and get the job done. Self starter, needed very little/ no supervision. No two days were the same, able to multitask and make last minute changes, used to dealing with high end clients, running errands, general office abilities. Very fast paced office with productions changing by the minute having to prioritize and organize all aspects of running a smooth operation. Responsible for training new employees, and keeping good contact between clients and permit coordinators. Responsible for scheduling, maintaining calendar's, keeping up with emails, phone messages, booking venues for events, and vendors.

Working on a feature film called "The Hardest thing to hold" as they Key PA, I also do crafty, art department, props, set design setup, AD, slate, wrangle talent, behind the scenes photos, and pretty much everything else that's needed! I am awesome on set making sure everything goes according to schedule, running errands, filling in as needed in other departments, anything that needs to be done I do it! I love being on set I don't mind the long hours and I love the people!!!

In general I gather signatures for filming on location in neighborhoods residential/business. In a very quick fast paced ever changing environment, I am able to obtain several signatures needed to ensure the proper permits for filming on location. I do all the foot work for location managers to ensure high results of approval from the neighbors and pass along any concerns or objections directly to location managers resulting in permits being granted from the city.
