In charge of background holding COVID compliance to ensure on set Saftey. Monitoring and reminding all background to properly wear PPE at all times while not in front of the camera or on set. Monitor social distancing, hand washing, and cleanliness of background holding areas.

COVID TESTING COORDINATOR- In charge of making sure all cast/crew/production were up to date on all covid testing and stayed in cadence with the return to work agreement. Scheduled daily testing for all of production, background, guests to be tested either by concierge, on set or individual testing. Checked all the results that came back and reported any positive inclusive results to the Covid Supervisor and proper production personnel. Created spreadsheets and daily logs for testing to make sure everyone stayed in cadence. Was in constant contact with testing vendors and on site testing to get results in a timely fashion. Organized and put together testing events on and off location.

Covid Testing Coordinator- In charge of testing everyone on the entire show, cast, crew, vendors, background, guests, executives etc. Had to make sure about 300 people per day were tested and followed protocol for the return to work agreement for covid compliance. Created testing spreadsheets, daily logs, testing schedules to ensure everyone stayed in cadence. Had to monitor results, and report any positive cases to upper management and proper production personnel. Scheduled testing for both on site and walk in testing, daily meetings, running the testing events both on and off location. Had to send inquires to HR, and production to get test results for new employees, day players and special appearances. Was in charge of keeping track of all results, sending out home testing kits and monitoring anyone who reported symptoms. Had to keep track of the DOOD reports to see when cast and crew would be on site to make sure they were all tested in time to be cleared to come to set.

I was the Production Coordinator/BTS Photographer/crafty/Associate Producer/Location Manager/Covid Compliance officer for sever commercial shoots over the years. From the beginning stages of production through completion I was the go to person to do all the hiring of crew, vendors, locations, permits etc. I created and distributed all production related emails to cast, crew, call sheets, pickups, returns, scheduled on set covid testing, picking up supplies, drop offs, location scout set ups, appointments, calls with talent, in charge of reaching out to talent and booking them to be part of the commercials. I had a variety of job duties that changed daily based on what production we were working on, booking travel, hotels, rental cars, picking up crafty supplies, art needs, on set keeping us on schedule, sending PA's to do runs and pickups. Plus all the normal duties that happen in office, after hours with cancelations and rescheduling.

COVID Health and Safety Manager (HSM) in charge of the safety of the return to work agreement for all cast/crew/production/background/executives and guests. Passed out PPE, masks, hand sanitizer, face shields etc. Had to properly sanitize the sets, props, locations for filming. Making sure people filled out the daily health checkins, temperature checks, monitoring covid symptoms, making sure everyone on set got covid tested, with clear results before being allowed on set. Filling out daily reports, noting any positive cases and passing them to upper management to do contract tracing. Making sure that PPE was properly worn over nose and mouth at all times during filming. Separating and social distancing cast and crew during lunch breaks, making sure the areas were sanitized and washed between each person. Overseeing the max capacity in any given area, turning on and off the hepa filters between takes, and making sure there was max air flow.

Shot BTS photos for a CHW commercial with Richard Karn. From start to finish able to capture a range of high quality, candid BTS shots by documenting everything that is going on showcasing the atmosphere on set. Taking production stills on both green screen and with the actual set, connecting with actor and production to make sure to get the shots that were wanted for promos, social media, etc.

Taking both still and BTS photos on set of lead actor Richard Karn for CHW promos. Shot on both green screen and natural light, with studio set lights as well. Needed to follow shot lists to make sure all promo info was available.

COVID-19 Compliance Officer (Covid Agent) Good Girls (Season 4)

11/20 – 6/21

Covid Agent- In charge of making sure all cast, crew, production followed the return to work agreement. Had to give proper PPE to anyone who needed it, proper sanitization of sets, props, vans, tables etc. keeping 6ft separation of all production spaces, ensuring proper use of all masks covering both nose and mouth, face shields, hand sanitization and hand washing took place. On set made sure there were only the max people allowed on set in any given space, following all cdc and regulation guidelines. Keeping social distancing both on and off set, during lunch periods, or any time people would be taking off their masks for any given period of time. Passing out new masks, ordering supplies, upkeep of the PPE supply closet and mobile supply trailers. Reporting any symptoms that anyone had, daily health screenings, temperature checks, reporting any positive cases to upper management, and proper cleaning of areas if there were positive cases.
