 Ernie's Girls – Produced 35 episodes of award-winning web series. Managed all details of the project from idea through execution, including securing finances and social media marketing.

As Producer/Director, steered the short film from initial concept through story development and script modification, and then translated the final script from page to screen. Collaborated with creative and technical teams in casting, production design, visual/special effects, music composition and editing. Planned, organized and managed creative and production projects for diverse organizations and clients. Led and coordinated all phases of the production process while maintaining open lines of communication with stakeholders, talent and crew. Advised on story development and scriptwriting to create original, compelling productions (feature films, TV programs, web series) that captured and seized the attention of diverse audiences. Controlled budgets. Negotiated contracts. Supervised and supported cast and crew.

Production managed entire production.

 Conceived and developed thesis film, "SPENT," which won the respected Lens on Talent: A Filmmaker Challenge and BET / Johnson & Johnson production grant for $100,000. The project received the "Best Short Film Award" and numerous nominations at 30+ film festivals.
