Assisted production coordinator with shopping for food, running during shoot days and providing transportation for out-of-town crew members to and from set.

Assisted Art Director with shopping for props/wardrobe and prep day before shoot. On set assisted with dressing each shot, and dressing all talent and building props.

In charge of all props and medical equipment used in shoot, including cleaning and prepping props.

Assisted with stage setup, working with vendors providing rental equipment to set up venue, and assisting with hospitality for talent (Walk The Moon).

Assisted key makeup artist with basic makeup looks and with hair. Main goal was to disguise a antenna placed on the head for 3D filming purposes.

Assisted wardrobe stylist, and makeup artists with set up, prepping and on set questions/concerns. Also assisted with art department for commercial shoot.

In charge of managing and loading in all the different sponsors and their equipment. Able to be available to assist and direct team throughout the load in, concert and load out on site.

Lead wardrobe stylist for an editorial shoot for NAKID Magazine in collaboration with photographer Lance Skundrich and MUA Emily Rose Jones.

Worked with Tri Cal Events in collaboration with The Do Lab, managing the camp dedicated to volunteers and staff members. Duties included cleaning camp, running staff and volunteers to different posts throughout the festival, keeping them well fed and hydrated while working with the Do Lab catering team.

Assisted in registering attendees, and giving them information on the conferences and locations of different classes and meetings. Also assisted in setting up an after party for on of the nights, and was in charge of guest check in at the front door.

In charge of assisting in setting up stages and making sure all venues had the appropriate equipment for each set, and keeping the show on schedule.

Assisted in pulling wardrobe, organizing, and prepping all garments for the day of the shoot. Also, assisted in dressing models and doing last minute fixes before each shot.
