• Assisted with regular/VIP audience check-in and ticketing during taping • Logged and transcribed field pieces and news clips in the tape library and studio production • Prepared and shipped all studio products needed for the Democratic and Republican National Conventions • Traveled the New York metropolitan area on multiple production runs for props and set decorations • Managed administrative front desk duties, answered phones, and scheduled deliveries

• Served as a production assistant on multiple promos for stand-up specials and The Daily Show • Compiled budget sheets, release forms, and production papers for all crew members • Worked directly with talent on scheduling, script logistics, wardrobe, makeup, and green rooms • Functioned as a script and a stand-in on set for comedians and improvisational pieces • Assisted the wardrobe department with on and off site purchases and returns

• Created promotional spots for IFC original programming including Portlandia and Garfunkel and Oates • Compiled reels for AMC Networks upper management for VP meetings and conferences • Ardently watched IFC’s acquired films and noted all related summer content for promotional campaigns • Selected by department head to serve as assistant to VP of Creative Services • Updated schedules, coordinated meetings, managed calendars and answered phones
