As the Promotions Coordinator for CW 57 I was responsible for producing many of the station’s local shows including The Restaurant Show and Wisconsin Doctors. I coordinated and organized production schedules for clients and the production team along with managing the YouTube channel, media prepping for syndicated programs, editing weather clips and network promos. I created promos for local programming and used wide orbit to place them for broadcast. Furthermore, in the control room I conducted live switching during live broadcasts and revised our station’s airtime log for discrepancies.

My primary responsibilities included transcribing footage to meet strict deadlines and assist producers while working on field shoots. My secondary responsibilities ranged from obtaining props and tapes for the studio and field departments to working on the audience team to usher in show spectators and provide announcements.

Job tasks ranged from prepping cameras and lights for shoots to operating the teleprompter and conducting time code slates and graphic designs for our client’s presentations.
