Working directly with the Tour Manager John Dubuque and Production Manager/LD Jon Pollack. Ordering/organizing equipment/supplies for Touring Team and Band for U.S. and International Tour prior to touring. Responsible for handling all OSF/C-19 Testing for all staff and Band Members coming into the studio. Responsible for handling/dropping off all invoicing of receipts for purchases for the Tax Accountant. Daily lunch/dinner ordering/delivery, as well as weekly grocery/crafty shopping for the entire crew as well as band pick up/drop off to various locations in the area including hotel/studio.

Manages office of 25, including scheduling and navigating tech support, ordering/organizing equipment/supplies and setting up new employees in office or remotely as well as other Netflix productions on SGS Lot with the tools they need for their daily work setup. Currently handling all OSF/C-19 Testing for all staff coming into the office as well as handling parking/ID’s/phones and keys for office personnel. Handling all invoicing of bills, mail, deliveries and Cashet Cards (P-Cards) for office purchases while maintaining friendly relations with Vendors, Netflix Series & Feature Accountants, SGS Lot staff, Netflix Finance, FedEx, UPS, Office Depot, Amazon, etc. Daily lunch ordering/delivery, as well as weekly grocery/crafty shopping for the entire office.

Working for the Cyndi Lauper Productions with her Tour Managers at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, CA. This was the kick-off to her tour with Rod Stewart. I was hired on for pickup and drop-off of equipment and materials for this event as well as driving her musicians and crew around for the 2-day event in July.
