Responsible for game concept creation, development and content generation. Created 2 new games with international appeal for over 20 territories. Emphasis on executing music-based games, including supervising music clearance for over 200 songs, producing live in-house band, and celebrity performances for bumpers with artists such as Kelly Clarkson, Jack Black, Kristen Bell and Jeff Goldblum. Includes live 2016 New Years Eve and 2018/2019 Red Nose Day Specials.

Conducted pre-interviews for game teams of 4, including identifying story beats and preparing one sheets. Assisted in day-of game briefing, contestant management and on-stage producing for gameplay and host chat.

Contributed to ideation for date creative, including reacting to and executing audience interaction via Facebook Watch on a quick turn around deadline. Identified, scouted and locked date locations in line with creative. Booked and produced date-related talent, such as singers, dancers, and class instructors.

Developed and refined game concept and format culminating in an in-room network presentation. Generated game content and questions for play-testing and presentation. Produced stand-in and run-through contestants for gameplay and host chat.

Generated and conceptualized creative for live celebrity and “specialty table” segments. Collaborated closely with casting to identify real world celebrations such as bachelorette and birthday parties, first date, and Armed Forces appreciation to feature live on-air with host. Prepped host on segment creative and story points. Produced diner feedback to gather real-time story points for competing teams in game kitchen.

Generated challenge concepts and story beats for individual app developers via pre-interviews. Prepped and produced app developers for meetings and interaction with A-list talent, including one minute pitches during on-camera contestant selection phase. Conducted OTF interviews to capture story points and developer reactions. Wrote story/challenge one-sheets, field notes and hot sheets. Refined story in post via string-outs and paper cuts, and executed executive and network feedback.

Identified story points via pre-interviews with daters and created one-sheets for date creative. Executed dater profile packages via interview, including shooting b-roll and stills via iPhone. Produced dater reactions, conducted and shot OTF interviews during dates. Produced daters both on and off-stage during post-date fall out with host in accordance to story.
