Direct the day-to-day operations of the Creative Services dept. for a cinema advertisement network that spans all fifty states with over 14,000 screens. Manage the technical specifications of advertisements scheduled for cinema and supervise various post-production vendors to complete a wide range of deliverables (i.e. 35mm film, DCP, & MPEGs). Technical liaison for account executives and clients. Oversee the execution of client screenings whether locally at post-production facilities or remotely for in-theater screenings in other DMAs. Supervise the maintenance and organization of client ads with integrated business management software (IBMS), by assigning asset IDs for tracking, and scheduling ads with copy changes or A/B splits across various markets in the US. Manage the transfer, receipt, and archiving of client ads via FTP, Dropbox, and Aspera. Manage a team of coordinators who assist in the above as well as a remote team of Campaign Management Analysts at the Rochester office, which handles local ads.

• Produced video clips for TruTV, creating footage mashups and humorous clips for TruTV.com • Primary editor for online clips and mashups, using Avid Media Composer, Interplay and Unity Isis data management systems. Managed video compression workflows and minor motion graphics.

• Offered workshop presentations for every stage of post-production process at Columbia University’s graduate film editing lab. • One-on-one post-production advisement: providing workflow options, tutorials, troubleshooting.
