Track labor and material budgets for on-going projects at creature shop, oversee Creature shop Production Assistants, approve and code labor timecards bi-weekly, purchase materials from vendors, process invoices, and on-board freelance hires, manage large inventory (in Shop and Storage units) of Puppets, molds, and Materials from various projects

Liaison between shows / projects in development and production regarding purchases, needs, and approvals; Create and maintain production calendars for all current shows and development projects; Track development budgets, spending, and hires; Book travel and accommodations for show scouts, production crew, and executives

Act as a liaison and problem solver between all departments, Sony lot, and production; Hire and manage production assistant unit to ensure shoots go smooth; Supervise and purchase expendables, talent requests, and production supplies

Produce four of ten episodes along with Supervising Producer and Producer involving Kevin Hart and celebrity guest performing an exercise related excursion; Plan creative beats for activities, locations, and comedy moments for episodes; Oversee B-Story and casted extras on shoot days

Assist parent company Fulwell 73 with development projects and research; Brainstorm show ideas daily and pitch them to development executives; Coordinate drive-ons, VIP guest credentials, and parking for crew and talent

• Manage and fill out purchase orders, rental agreements, and certificates of insurance • Maintain and update crew list and vendor list for the show • Set-up meetings for and assist parent production company Fulwell 73

• Prep paperwork and forms for production crew to fill out • Pick up props, costumes, and other materials for shoots • Order and pick up food for crew and managed special food orders for talent

• Research and summarize news stories into one sentence premises for writers • Submit three batches of 10-20 premises per day • Assistant in tasks such as inventory, running errands, and answering phones
