Maintained several long term client relationships for annual catalogue and corporate video shoots. Packing, transport, shipping, air travel of entire small scale set lighting rigs. Schedule and organize travel and shooting plans for multiple cities, locations. Setting up for commercial video and still photography shoots for corporate clients -predominantly outdoors on location.

Liaison between the Production Company and the Property Owner. Made sure all legal contracts and paperwork where signed prior to filming. Track and archive damage. Negotiate fees and make restitution for all modifications to the properties.

Interviewed and cast suitable contestants in various cities across the USA for a national television game show. Required a display of high degrees of successful communication, trust building, and interaction with the public in obtaining fun and enthusiastic responses from nervous contestants. In studio, kept contestants in lock down in accordance for GSN protocol. Key Set PA for Celebrity Guest Contestants, keeping them informed and comfortable for their stay. Set appointments and maintained database.

Greet Talent upon arrival and direct them to set, Green Room or Trailer. On hand prior to filming for any of the Guests needs. Exercising of extreme diplomacy and heightened awareness of protocols and privacy concerns. Prior / post guests on set, was Production Assistance to primarily the Art Dept.

Supervision of cast members while sequestered (pre-shoot). Assisted Story Producers with relevant insights on cast behavior and mind set.

Executive Assistant to Ken Mok (executive producer / show producer) & Dana Gabrion (co-executive producer). Screened phone calls, maintained diaries. Typing and data entry. Gate-keeper / reception and meeting scheduling.

Main duties were scheduling applicant auditions, Organizing background checks & mental health assessments, Maintained an ever-changing contestant database, Took notes and organized paperwork during on-site casting days.
