Sam Ghee

In this role I aided the creative team during the filming run of the show "Bobby's Triple Threat". I would assist in any and all creative needs the producers had, but my main responsibilities included; logging, hot sheets, and managing printouts for distribution.

- I worked under the direction of the AD department. I acted as driver and personal PA for #1 talent on our call sheet for the duration of the filming. During filming I cued when the AD was out of range to call action, managed all of #1's needs on set, and then facilitated lock ups while rolling.

As Key PA I handled general PA responsibilities while also aiding the PC in coordinating our team of PAs on the ground. General responsibilities included driving crew in and around NYC, managing crafty, managing and placing lunch orders, and getting/managing all releases (location, materials, appearance).

As an associate producer the bulk of my duties were taking and organizing the process notes, and hot sheets for the show. I also assisted the AD team with cast wrangling while the cameras weren't rolling, and helped facilitate travel to and from set for cast.

As part of the production assistant team responsibilities included runs for all departments as well as managing crafty for crew. I also helped manage catering and acted as a driver for various cast members from their hotels to set.

In this role I was a member of the talent team responsible for 12 contestants as they competed. I worked alongside A list talent, and was responsible for driving talent to and from set every day. During filming itself I worked with the AD team to ensure that everything went smoothly.

- I handled the cast during the day under the direction of the AD department. I kept them engaged, made sure they were mic'd up, as well as all set with HMU at all times. - I cued cast when the AD was out of range to call action, and then facilitated lock ups while rolling. - I took part in general PA responsibilities before cast was on set and after they would wrap.

Sourcing equipment, booking guests, finding spaces to shoot and acting as location manager, develop casting flyers/lists, and other general AP responsibilities.

Helping source equipment for shoot, helping to license stills/clips for backdrop, assisting in cast interviews, aiding creative in all needs.

Going on runs, driving talent & producers, keeping crafty stocked, cleaning up catering, supporting talent while on camera.

As part of the production assistant team responsibilities included various grip work tasks as well as managing crafty for crew. Other responsibilities varied from cleaning to taking the show's full inventory. The managing and collecting of all walkie equipment also fell to this position.

Going on runs, watching over talent, keeping crafty stocked, cleaning up catering.
