Oversee coordination of assets to overseas studios and making sure to keep track of all files in a clear and concise way. I also was the main point of contact between the show's Directors and the overseas animators.

I was responsible for overseeing artists, assets, and other business needs for Adult Swim Digital. I helped the Production Manager with keeping track of finical records, artist contracts, and asset tracking. I also helped manage the day-to-day office and studio calendar to make sure everything in-studio information was accurate and up to date

I was responsible for all visual content of news broadcasts of assigned shows. I worked for both CNN and HLN in the Newsroom and Control Room. Overseeing visual content during live breaking news. I was also one of the liaisons between the CNN Standards and Practices teams and my own show team. I would also write news stories from time to time.

Maintain daily calendar, create and manage meetings for both an SVP of Programming and Director of Talent. Manage travel, track expenses, fill in for production staff when needed.

Get releases for people who appeared on-camera. Assist producers with on-air appearance Administer tests given to show participants

Responsible for maintaing the set, going on runs quickly and efficiently, assisting various department heads to ensure a smooth run.

Responsible for finding new and exciting talent for various lifestyle reality shows. Building and creating a network of viable candidates for the production. Pre-interviewing applicants to make sure they fit the casting criteria.

Research new restaurants who qualify for the show, contact chefs and restaurant managers to get them to apply. Make sure to follow up with chefs. Once chefs apply, schedule interviews, take notes, organize releases. General office duties.
