Assisted Location Manager in Pre-Production communications with the Production team, Vendors, City Government, and neighboring community. Coordinated, organized, and executed paperwork for city permitting office, drafted & delivered neighborhood notices, locked in Truck and RV rentals, and procured base camp necessities for Production.

Assist Production team and Project Managers with Casting Outreach, candidate tracking, scheduling, and deck updates for corporate approval and final casting decisions.

Assisted Producers with Network deliverables, including digital rights acquisitions, music licensing, creating shot sheets, scripts, and covering QC screenings with the editorial team.

Assist production team with logistics and troubleshooting for each shoot location. Responsibilities include: city film permits, street closures, negotiating with and hiring local vendors, finding film locations, assisting with location hires, coordinating gear rentals, and shipping of media and supplies, and planning catering menus.

Transcribing dialog and interviews, as well as logging b-roll footage for Season 9 of the reality program.

Registered and verified audition appointments online. Updated candidate profiles and photos. Acted as a liaison between candidates and production staff.

Assisted locations department with parking egress and logistics for 100 extras' vehicles. Improved flow of production by staying a step ahead of production needs on our large and complicated exterior set. Supported the crew, extras, and talent by providing additional help whenever needed.

Assist Location Manager and Production Team with coordination of locations, liaising with venues, filing permit requests with city offices, neighborhood notifications, parking and other logistical needs.

Worked closely with the Production Designer to provide useful solutions to production needs. Using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, I designed signage for the competing teams to follow, as well as signage to obscure phone numbers on billboards. Utilized creative problem solving while finding ways to post signage within challenging environments.

Shot logging and script notes for the editor prepared by hand. Provided quality reporting of script coverage per each day's shoot for our production team and assisted with continuity tracking for each character and scene.

Prepared visuals for the documentary about a musician who's music is the inspiration for a local director. Maintained focus on the character and inspiration of the musician through the visual references found in his office, home life, and in the natural settings he chooses to escape to.

Assisted 2nd AD with daily side production for the talent and crew, organizing files and paperwork, and aided on set crew with lockdowns, firewatch, and loading equipment.

Maintained a presence onset while the Location Managers were off site. Provided assistance to the location contacts as a liaison for production. Ensured secured sites for parking venues within the Seattle location shoots.

Assigned crew duties, tracked and maintained SAG paperwork for each applicable actor on set. Provided on set support for our venues, actors, and crew members. Provided post production support through festival submissions and promotion.

Tracked scenes, wardrobe, props, and lines of an independent feature film. Worked closely with the director and camera department to ensure continuity. Lined script and typed out daily notes/logs for the editors.

Provided camera support for the director of photography, including assembly, camera moves, lens changes, filters, and focus pulling on the RED One M-X.

Outreach to bloggers and media outlets regarding the local film, and arrange behind the scenes access. Utilize Twitter and Facebook to build an audience and following of the film from the beginning- drawing users to the Mirror Images page to view photos and news articles. Assist on set as needed.

Listened to the needs of the directors and utilizing my knowledge of lighting positions and camera operations of the DSLR, replicated their vision through my lens.

Registered contestants, ushered participants to various audition rooms, and assisted rejected contestants with their exit from the audition process.
