Location research, management, and coordination (including high volume of cold calls & emails). Location releases, materials releases, appearance releases, liability releases, and NDAs. Managed segment expenses for my own episodes. Created data management system for hard and digital copies of all materials. Wardrobe and prop breakdown from script. Full time and project based AP responsibilities: Co-developed creative for all shoots, found and booked locations, hired crew, wrote shooting schedules and shotlists, composed short scripts and paper edits, and logged camera notes. Additionally, created and managed budgets, cost reports and invoices from shoots and daily operations. Full time and project based coordinating responsibilities: Handled all hiring and payroll. Managed equipment purchases and repairs. Coordinated all flights, hotels, meals, etc. for travel shoots. Managed office. Ordered merchandise for later sale. Updated and redesigned websites. Curated social media accounts. Additional full time and project based responsibilities: Wrote coverage, scheduled meetings, assisted on set, researched, runs, managed petty cash, hired and managed interns, and more.

Production day: Assisted with setup, crafty, going on runs, managing petty cash, and breakdown of set. Other: Assisted by driving a 16ft stakebed truck (not loaded), and 17ft cube truck (not loaded); helping load van while on equipment pick-ups; managing petty cash; returning all equipment, the trucks, and the van.

Searched for clips in the online television database to air on the weekly live comedy show, pitched the clips to the production and writing teams, searched for B-roll and SOTs in the database, and attended to additional needs of creative team and host on taping days.
