Write and sale pitch. Line up pitch meeting and work with Business affairs to sale pitch. Organize and plan with Washington State Fish and Game along with Coast Guard to allow us to ride along and shoot/docu style. • Senior production representative on site • Responsible for health and safety of crew, compliance and crew welfare • Implementing RA and producing dynamic RAs • Responsible for ensuring good crew behavior and relations with the community • Responsible for managing relationship with Divers, and boat Captains • Responsible for steering editorial in the field (based on plans established with the edit). • Regular email/Zoom contact with Senior Edit team in Los Angeles to develop storylines. • Collaborates with Boat Captains to develop stories based on daily meeting with Edit • Responsible for keeping miners productive and on board with production • Oversees the Shooting PDs on site. • Quality control PD and DOP output (on location) inc. technical problems • Deal with all Disney requests from the field (digital deliverables, press, marketing etc.) • Draws up schedule for DOP and Octocopters on their claims. • Manages all location paperwork – inc. daily Call Sheet, AP notes, concept board, story tracker, weekly Hot Sheet • Overall location director co-coordinating large multi-cam shoots on site. • Any additonal filming/movement off site must be discussed with the LUM for sign off in advance • Meeting with LUM each Monday to dicuss plans for the week • Collaborate with the Captains to shoot the most compelling story • Liaise with the Co Exec and Field Producer (and Captains ) on story and logistics • Work in conjunction with Producer to schedule crewing for their location. • Help generate and follow story as it occurs • Maintain a good working relationship with contributors • Direct and manage APs, Sound recordists and technical crew. • Ensure AP provides log and accurate report of story filmed. • Responsible for the Sony FX9 and any other kit they are assigned. • Responsible for any specific Risk Assessments required for events they plan/organize • Work with the Co-Execs and Shoot crews to plan scenes, episode and season arcs. • Generate daily call sheets with beat notes • Manage location story post-it note board • Generate weekly Hot Sheet for their claims with input from Co-execs • Generate a location log sheet (daily register of all Boats and production on site, fish totals.) • Liaise with researcher to keep machinery/boats/personnel fact & stat sheet up to date • Manage and coordinate all pick-up requests for their claims • Deal with edit requests for on-site research – size of quota, questions for divers, equipment facts etc • Research archive and stills as needed.

• The senior production representatives on their claim and responsible for day-to-day operations. • Responsible for crew (but not miners’) welfare on claim – inc. tactical Health and Safety decisions • Collaborates with miners to develop stories based on their plans discussed in daily meeting • Responsible for steering the editorial and maintaining GR approach on their claims. • Collaborates with FP, PDs, APs and Exec Producers to produce episode plans agreed with the London edits. • Maintains contact with the Executive Producer in London and Yukon and the Edit Story Producer in London to develop storylines. • Meeting with key contributors daily to develop story with them based on their mining plans • Oversees FP, PDs, APs and DOP on their claims - tracking story, planning and managing upcoming narrative, managing pick-up lists and keeping crew informed of editorial developments • Draws up shot-list and schedule for DOP and Drones on their claims. • Quality control PD and DOP output (on location) inc. technical problems from crew/ tech dept. • Manages all location paperwork – inc. daily Call Sheet, AP notes, weekly Hot Sheet for their claims. • Identifying and acting upon technical problems as reported by crew/tech dept. • Overall location director co-coordinating large multi-cam shoots on their claim. • Responsible for drafting Risk Assessments for dynamic working conditions on their claims. • Tracks and accurately logs their miners gold count on the GR shared gold sheet.

ASSISTANT PRODUCER • Ensure the safety of their shooting team by permanently looking for hazards – be the eyes and • ears of the team while the others are busy with their equipment. • To support the PDs - logistics (discs, batteries, water etc) and editorially • Help set up, generate and capture the most exciting stories on location. • Writing daily story notes - a brief, concise, accurate account of what was shot (not missed) with a • single sentence summary in bold and one paragraph for each disc – this is sent as a group email • and then pasted into the ongoing AP notes for that claim – this is a crucial part of the GR machine. • Trigger/ monitor minicams to get key actuality / OTFs (on-the-fly interviews) - include in story notes. • Occasionally self shoot / cross shoot on Sony FX9’s as and when directed by PDs • Getting signed release forms, and non-disclosure agreements for all extra contributors, • as well as locations releases and acquired footage/stills releases BEFORE shooting. • Ensuring continuity for pick-ups. • Supervise rushes in field and handover to Data Wranglers at end of the shift. • Feedback possible stories from location to the Field Producers and Co-exec producers
