Obtain release forms from the 400+ seat fillers and red carpet volunteers. Also the coordination and movement of the seat fillers during the entirety of the show.

Coordinating a small camera team. Set up and placement of all vendor load in. Maintaining my own zone of vendors. Checking on event bartenders, Driving forklift, restocking water, coordination with security and any additional assets.

Assist in the coordination and staging of all equipment and structures for downtown Las Vegas and Prim Nevada activation.

Responsible for the driving/staging of production vehicles. Equipment load outs and transportation.
