Assisted Key PA in set operations, answered phones, made and received deliveries, made copies, filed and distributed daily paper work, performed in house and field research, coordinated with casting offices, agencies and various industry professionals on a daily basis.

Hired and managed an art department team, assessed potential studios and shooting locations, provided scale drawings for studio sets, planned and monitored the design budget, attended progress meetings, rehearsals and filming to advise on visual presentation, performed extensive historical research and produced design ideas for costumes, props, make-up and graphics.

Assisted the ADs with crowd control, called out "Cut" and "Rolling" as they came across the radio, helped distribute paperwork and walkies , managed the craft service area, went on coffee runs, and made a continual effort to be available to any other cast or crew members needing assistance.

Developed an aesthetic pre-visualization packet for wardrobe, production design, cinematography and shot design. Held auditions, cast character roles, created shot list and developed storyboards, scouted and locked shooting locations, collaborated closely with cast and crew during production, worked with an editor, colorist, composer and sound designer throughout post production.
