My job consisted of helping coordinate and facilitate crew load in and load out days, preforming various tasks and errands for different departments during shoot and rehearsal days, and assisting with any clerical production work.

I worked primarily as an office production assistant for the construction department, but I also spent time working in the production office, in the accounting department, and as a set PA. I wrote purchase orders, time cards, put together petty cash envelopes, made several runs for different departments and other various office clerical and organizational tasks. I was a liaison for the construction department between all other departments.

Among other things, I was responsible for making runs, resetting props and furniture, and maintaining lockups.

I worked full time on season 1 primarily as a set PA but also as an office PA. I assisted in making sure all tasks on a highly demanding set went over smoothly and lines of communication between departments were kept open and flowing especially considering the highly stressful and dangerous nature of the show. I worked long hours as a team player on a massive crew in a fast paced, demanding work environment.
