Fill & restock, and organize office crafty. Make coffee. Make sure the offices, and common areas are clean and presentable at all times. Check in with producers, editors, and accountants for the day's schedule and manage each tasks. Tasks range from ordering lunches, picking up editorial equipment, managing time cards for payroll as well as everyday errands. I keep the office fed and happy! My duties also include and are not limited to organizing show events and managing receipts per Microsoft excel.

Then, I escort them to and from set in the order of appearance. I also make sure each one goes through hair & make up, and each party has a microphone. I coordinate schedule with the producers, stage manager, and Directors to make sure the show is flowing prompting in order & on time.
