Creating deadlines/schedule to ensure the production was smooth. Renting/arranging pick up & return of equipment, hiring & managing film crew. Transportation of talent, gear and crew. Ensure talent and crew were happy on schedule. Ensuring the Director's vision is being captured by film & sound crew. Running merchandise. Manage Budget/pay.

Assisted Film crew and photographers carry equipment, Took all behind the scenes shots, pick up/shop for props, make deliveries, order meals in/coordinate meal pick up/delivery, ran shopping errands, etc.

Contacting all talent in regards to open interview/audition, set up audition room, lobby, and sign in area. Organize all talent in order by height and age, assist in directing talent, help them shake nerves and get them excited. I chose talent my top 3 picks, 2of 3 were used in sizzle.

Drive Talent to & from different locations, buy/shop props, pick up lunches, make fake blood, cook food for scenes, black out windows, hide labels and ensuring props/dress are of the correct time period, hold curtains to prevent glare off reflective items, backup make-up artist when artist was not available.
