• Updated and production calendar to distribute to executive producers on a weekly basis. • Utilized FileMaker Pro to create purchase orders, petty cash receipts and mileage reports. • Entered releases, location contracts and clearance agreements into an online database. • Fielding phone calls, opening/closing the production office and filing time cards.
