Animal Planet’s “Too Cute-Season 2 and Season 3” • Carried out production responsibilities, including: scheduling crews, creating daily call sheets, assist with managing equipment and gear storage, and providing transportation, craft services, and petty cash. • Provided support to post-production by acquiring still images and obtaining clearance, screening footage, updating storyboards, logging, and reviewing scripts. • Created and implemented systems to organize hot sheets, shoot notes, and network deliverables. • Worked closely with the line producer and production management to complete PC reports and payroll for NY/LA staff.

• Provided support to SVP/General Manager and VP of Production by taking notes during production meetings, making travel accommodations and preparing expense reports/settling petty cash, and generating purchase orders. • Organized media storage – camera source tapes, tapeless media (disc and SD cards), HD Cam (show masters) and audio. • Created, planned and scheduled in-house and off-site corporate events.

•Assisted in the sale and distribution of films from award-winning independent filmmakers and leading media content providers such as A&E, MLB and Scholastic. •Created extensive excel sheets, including quarterly sales figures, and key product information to manage sales data for movie home DVD and digital releases. •Compiled metadata research for digital releases and submitted titles to digital platforms such as Xbox, and Playstation. •Took an active role in social/digital media marketing for individual movie titles through the use of Facebook, Twitter, blogs and movie review sites.
