Da Hotdog is a five-episode independent web series that shot throughout Manhattan. The production team consisted of a producer (Henri Sann), various PA’s and myself. Together we managed 22 principle talent, over 45 background actors, and a crew of ~20. I was responsible for call sheets, meals, SAG documentation, 9 permits throughout Manhattan, payroll, rentals, all production paperwork, and communication with the Mayor’s Office, NYPD, Parks Services, local businesses, and talent.

While continuing all of my responsibilities as Office PA I began to manage budgets passed down from our Production Manager and Producers. Keeping below these numbers I hired crews, negotiated with rental houses, booked the shoot logistics (travel, catering, transport, gear holding etc.) and media managed while assisting the producer in running the shoot on set. I personally coordinated or assisted a coworker in productions for clients such as: Garnier, Kiehl’s, Conde Nast Traveler, KLM / Air France, Estee Lauder, Ivanka Trump and others.
1/15 – 9/15
Office and Set Production Assistant
Staff Position — Mustache Agency Details
1/15 – 9/15
In the office I sourced all logistical needs for my coordinator including all travel/transport, potential rental houses, catering, obscure props, handling talent, creating casting books, and dealing with talent agencies in addition to things like call sheets, deal memos and PC reports. On set I gained experience handling and building gear, driving cube trucks in the city, and acting as a runner. I assisted on over 50 shoots for clients such as: American Express, Essie, Rebecca Minkoff, Macy’s, Conde Nast, Tommy Hilfiger Fashion Show, Rent the Runway, Ford, WhoSay and more.
9/14 – 1/15
Intern
Staff Position — Mustache Agency Details
9/14 – 1/15
I acted as an office and on-set production assistant for multiple commercial shoots. As an intern I learned about all of the paperwork, gear, logistics and negotiations involved in a commercial video or photo shoot. Additionally I was often responsible for crafting that paperwork, building the gear, organizing the events and reaching out to locations, talent and crew over the phone as well as in person.
