Production Assistant for Gettysburg, PA shoot.

Utilizing my contact list reached out to possible candidates. Also hit the streets posting flyers and posters provided, posted on applicable social media networks. Up dated client with possible candidates and recruiting sources.

Responsible for finding candidates for both reality shows, obtaining photos and paperwork, assisted at the open casting call, helped casting directors with various casting related tasks as needed

Assisted with Washington DC auditions.

I welcomed the people auditioning, made sure their applications were completed, tracked where each person heard about the auditions, coordinate the call back auditions with the Casting Directors. I collected paperwork, and managed the audition schedules for two Casting Directors at the same time for the “Bad Girls Club”.

Pre Production And PA Location scouting, researching local caterers, looking for office space and office equipment. Worked in production office arranging auditions, scanning parts of scripts, helping find research material for actors, research on internet and recruited extras.
