• Write, edit, and distribute production guidelines to define deliverable specifications. Notify production of all relevant guideline revisions and amendments. • Lead production kick off meetings and disseminate the information contained in the production guidelines. • Troubleshoot post production workflow & scheduling issues with production to facilitate delivery and define contingency plans as needed. • Collaborate with post production supervisors to resolve technical and delivery issues. • Screen shows and provide detailed notes to Production, Programming and EICs with potential broadcast issues. • Work closely with Viacom’s tape libraries, Network Operations Center, Programming, International, Online, DTO, and VOD departments to ensure broadcast and ancillary platforms receive required content. • Manage the three department coordinators whom report directly to me. • Manage Intern program by hiring, training, and managing performance from start to finish. Supervise all projects performed by interns to assess accuracy and growth. • Manage projects and accounts on MediaSilo, VEG’s web based application used for cuts/dailies review and approval process.

• Vet production calendars, maintain & distribute network delivery schedules and contact lists. • Screen and provide notes to the production regarding format & on-air graphic clearances. • Manage the complete delivery and recall process of elements for original programs, co-acquisitions, specials, & pilots. • Developed a FileMaker database that captures the department’s large volume of production details. • Administer T&E, the department calendar, schedule and coordinate meetings.

• Scheduled and edited all elements on the daily commercial logs. • Correct all errors found as a result of conflicting deal information and proofing of corrections before issuance of final log for broadcast. • Maintain the sales operations sponsorship calendar by combining all schedulable marketing elements on the traffic log.
