It's my job to coordinate with my team, and on screen talent to make the best episode possible.

As the season unfolded, I was given a promotion and was charged with communicating with a team of producers to get all necessary tasks and prep work for each episode done. I continued my work in the field directing camera, story, and continuity. As well as began working on wrap up synopsis packets for each episode for the network.

I was given the opportunity to craft the story elements of every episode as well as scout and plan locations for shooting. Once season prep was done, I helped keep the story elements of each episode moving forward, kept up with continuity, and worked with the DP on camera direction.

Extensive travel throughout the U.S. for on-field production as well as consult creatively with pre-production, crew and talent to ensure content for key story elements. Assist the director in executing the shoot logically and creatively, directing b-roll (the show is predominately b-roll) as well as continuing my-work with interviews and assisting in the crafting of story.

Documented, logged and kept records of all footage and video notes for continuity. Conducted interviews with contributors and lead-talents on camera for broadcast. Created detailed story notes and tape-log note packages for assisting editors in post-production. As well as kept production updated on all happenings in the field.
