Handled phone traffic and communication with agencies, production companies, and studios, wrote script coverage, created audition sides, and taped and archived auditions, including uploading footage to Breakdown Express.

Responsible for taping and uploading auditions to Cast-It, coordinated with agencies on audition scheduling and actor availability, managed phone traffic, and offered administrative assistance using Adobe Acrobat and Filemaker Pro
