Develop the Sprout and NBC Kids content strategy, for both intaking, creating and programming content across multiple digital platforms: as social, mobile, tablet, TVE/On-Demand, live-streaming video platforms, Roku & other gaming consoles. Accountable for executing brand experiences across 360 integrated experiences, ensuring large teams collaborating seamlessly and that programs meet client expectations from timeliness to budget to brand and business standards. Maintain responsibility for web page creation and updates within the CMS across all Sprout/NBC Kids website, digital & social. Personally implement front-end, CMS level website changes and more across a large number of web properties. Produce and deploy email newsletters using enterprise-level email service provider such as Cheetahmail or Salesforce. Create video, graphics and written content for our website and social platforms as well as rich media ad banners daily. Lead a highly collaborative Video Team, assisting daily with idea generation for day to day creation of content, as well as publish partner video content, shooting with Cannon C100, c300s, and employing best practices & general production techniques. Manage and prioritize web creative requests, leveraging existing technologies to complete requests and executing efficiently. Responsible for shooting, editing and producing video content daily, expertly trained working with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop) or equivalent (Final Cut Pro, Avid, etc.). Assemble copy, photos and videos to produce packages and transform TV content into dynamic, shareable, multi-platform content. Take approved material and transform it into easy-to-digest campaign guide videos and GIFs to be used internally and externally. Function in hybrid role, focusing on defining processes for inventory management as well as multi-media & multi-platform planning (digital, OTT, as well as coordinating with TV) across the organization. Oversee the delivery of top quality design for multi-platform use, that is in-line with Sprout & NBCU’s world-class standards. Functioned as an independent leader in the newsroom as the sole Associate Producer for the Special Projects Team. Anticipated the needs of my assigned segments/full rundown with regard to video, graphics, scripts and other elements while also taking direction from hosts and supervising producers for a our 12-hour live streaming network. Maintained relationships and develop incredibly valuable sources with domestic and international news organizations, government agencies, political organizations and local influencers in the U.S. and overseas. Launched HuffPost Music series and produced 15-successful live-streaming segments coordinated with our LA studio. Co-Produced Tribeca Film Festival Series and produced segments showcasing new films with A-List Talent. Conceptualized, wrote, produced and directed on-air/off-air projects, including sponsored segments, promotional launch spots and interstitials, episodics, generics and ad sales elements. Undertook key administrative responsibilities as well as assists in planning and producing live and/or pre-recorded radio shows / podcasts which included news, music, talk, sports, traffic, and feature productions. Conceptualized news, entertainment, music & lifestyle stories — directing reporting, collaborating on layouts & packaging graphics. Conceived, wrote, edited and produced style videos for The Huffington Post proper Style vertical and all social platforms. Assisted with the growth and expansion of our social media department, actively worked with celebrity team to fashion different social ideas for each celebrity we brought on HPL, presented ideas to publicists & talent & then executed ideas. Daily Quality Control, reviewed all episodes of ‘HuffPost Live Conversations’ that airs daily on MGM’s Diginet. Created & pitched ideas for the then new HuffPost Live concept–The HuffPost Show–now fully in production.
