Associate producer in the field; was in charge of doing production reports, hot sheets, shipping media, getting releases, keeping in contact with director via telecommunication, enforcing COVID protocols, working with director/DP to keep field crew on schedule/organized, assisting with location scouting & communicating potential story points in the field

Assisting the production manager with prepping the studio and props for the show, making talent drinks and assisting with all talent needs

Going on runs, picking up lunch, assisting PM and camera department with any needs they might have, generally being an extra set of hands.

Going on runs for the props master, assisting the art department with dressing the set, making props/set pieces

Operating camera during band performances, assisting with live audio adjustments and on-field mic placement

Making and sending call sheets and crew emails, working with the director on set, keeping track of the schedule, wrangling crew and actors, communicating set and production needs with producers
