Signed out walkies, prepped PAs of their duties, lunch runs, set up the step and repeat, I assisted with load in. On show day, I managed 16 PAs and a parking lot for execs who drove themselves. My PAs were stationed along the streets to direct the executives to the venue.
Summary
I kick ass but I don't know a lot of people and therefore I don't work enough - the old adage "its not what you know but who you" is very true. If you need an extraordinary PA I am your girl!
