• Assemble and distribute daily call times and sheets • Arrange transportation and meals for talent • Ensure talent is prepped and ready for each scene • Complete actor’s union contracts and releases

• Responsible for equipment pick-up and return • Responsible for camera set-up and the taking of still photos • Coordinate all on-set logistics with 1st AD

• Work directly with Unit Production Manager and 1st AD • Travel with production team across North America • Manage different teams of Production Assistants in 10 cities across N.A. • Facilitate and help organize extreme challenges for 18 contestants • Responsible for the transport of all equipment
