Assisting with office paperwork, organizing and filing cast and crew payroll and employment documentation, answering phones, making arrangements.

Picking up Art Department props, set dressings, and equipment. Assisting with inventory, and budgeting. Ordering equipment, and creating rental agreements.

Assisted the production designer with prop purchasing and set design, coordinated construction of set and on camera set movement, tracked and oversaw equipment use and maintenance, and balanced art department budget.

Made sure Talent's wardrobe fit properly and made sure talent arrived to set on time for each scene.

Designed the set using Vectorworks, selected wardrobe and set dressings, balanced art department budget, and coordinated with DP and Director to establish look of the film.
