I manage overseas retakes on the Fox/Comedy Central show, Brickleberry. Responsibilities: - Calling technical retakes; communicating to studios overseas (Korea, Philippines) the necessary fixes. - Managing creative retake distribution and timely delivery from our art team. - Leading general notes meetings with our overseas partners to improve animation quality.

Production Coordinator (Brickleberry) – Bento Box Entertainment

Working closely with directors and board artists, I managed storyboard production on Brickleberry. Responsibilities: Manage the schedule for 25+ artists; ensuring pre-production is completed under-budget. Strategize week-to-week, shuffling revisionists and storyboard artists onto problem areas. Record and distribute animatic notes to the relevant departments: SB Team, Design, Audio, and Timing.

Production Assistant (Hulk and the Agents of S.M.A.S.H.) – Marvel Animation Studios

Working closely with directors, artists, producers, and writers, I managed the production schedule on Hulk and the Agents of S.M.A.S.H. Responsibilities: Coordinate timely delivery of production materials. Organize, maintain, and update the Marvel Animation server. Resolve questions from Overseas day-to-day.

Animation Assistant / Front Desk – Marvel Animation Studios

Assisted producers with pilot storyboards on Avengers: Assemble; Hulk and the Agents of S.M.A.S.H. Responsibilities: Format episodes in Storyboard Pro. Teach ToonBoom digital workflow to production teams and new hires. Manage the animation server, process visitors, coordinate executive schedules, roll calls, filter art submissions.

9/11 – 1/12

Intern (Television) – Marvel Studios

9/11 – 1/12

Supported development, production, marketing, and distribution of Marvel’s television shows. Responsibilities: Assist executives on strategic projects for Avengers: Earth’s Mightiest Heroes, Ultimate Spider-Man, Super Hero Squad, Marvel Knights Animation, and Marvel Anime. Conduct research on market trends, track production and talent, edit comic book scripts for television.
