I went on runs including picking up items from studios, coffee and lunch runs, and various other errands as needed.I also dealt with office tasks like handling mail and stocking supplies. This job included working with high profile clients.

I assisted the set decorated, gaffers, director and producers. I helped set up scenes, kept up the craft table and did tasks the producers needed. I was an extra as needed and spent the final day of shooting as directors personal assistant.

I kept the craft table stocked, was a stand in when needed, helped the gaffer and props department, assisted the talent, and went on runs. I also helped with needs in the office and in striking the set. This job included working with high profile clients.

I uploaded and edited 3 weekend shows and all weekend promotional audio into NexGen. I have also worked with the satellite operating board that manages the station breaks and edited shows and promos through Adobe Audition and Cool Edit. I also did various jobs as needed and worked on special events.

I worked with MS Office on a daily basis. I answered phones and emails, ordered needed supplies and kept the lobby and studios tidy. I also updated membership information, created and posted playlists to the station website and updated and edited other sections of the website.

I used Deko to create the graphics and sequence for the nightly news.

I worked on a Sony MVS 8000 HD Video Switcher. I set up shots with camera operators, coordinated with Deko operator, audio and tape operator to get ready for the shoot and communicated with the director to pull off the nightly news.

I worked with all members of the production team to successfully direct the nightly news. I marked up the script, worked with producers to get everything in order, kept the whole production on a timely schedule and then made the calls while shooting. I directed 4 newscasts.

I edited HD-video through AVID, worked with Adobe Photoshop for both video and print projects, set up audio and camera for shoots, burnt DVDs and updated inventory list through Excel. I also did several on-screen performances on green screen and technical directed on a Sony MVS 8000 HD Video Switcher.

I ran the teleprompter and edited when necessary.

I worked with MS Office on a daily basis. I coordinated with many departments to order supplies for events, daily needs and transportation. I also answered phones and emails, organized purchase orders and transportation sheets and dealt with the daily mail.

Responsibilities pre-show included prepping the runway and seating area that included: checking lights, audio and props and readying backstage with assigned model and his/her pieces; during the show included dressing and changing models between runs and sighting and addressing arising issues; post-show included striking set and answering press questions.
