Admissions: • Answering calls and booking reservations in the tour department call center using Galaxy 7 system • Providing customer service and selling tickets to walk-ins at guest services • Responsibilities include matching groups with a tour guide, assigning tour times, greeting tour groups, initiating tours, interacting with more than 1,500 guests a day Brand Ambassador: • Leading individual tours for up to 50 guests a day Managing live studio audiences for the taping of Ellen, Conan and The Real: • Checking-in 150 to 300 guests • Directing all guests to the stage before the show begins

· An additional PA for the show Buddy System where I assisted the AD’s in locking down the set, handing out paperwork, and providing a helping hand wherever I was needed.

- I was crowd liaison for the entirety of the festival. - Directed patrons where they needed to go, assisted them in lining up for the film, and handed out queue cards an hour before the film started. - Was in constant contact with the line manager and theater manager on how many patrons were in line. If there was an overflow of people I worked with the line manager to create a system that was easy and efficient.

Performed duties such as organizing files, running errands, answering phones, setting up conference calls, making copies, scanning paperwork, coffee runs, ordering meals for staff, and making deliveries Assisted HR by keeping track of all time cards Worked as a Production Assistant for Mocap productions ·In February 2017 I was a Production Assistant for their Mocap production of Zeta. My main duties were crafty/lunch, distributing and gathering paperwork, helping the Art Department, and making sure the stage was always clean.

· Researched potential vendors, formed a budget, and booked the vendors when given a seal of approval from the head of the festival. ·Organized and managed 100 volunteers and interns for the festival and assigned them to where they were needed. · Took notes when meeting with the head of the festival as well as in board meetings. ·Managed the entire boards schedule, which consisted of 20 people, throughout the festival. · Was in charge of will call for the entirety of the festival. ·Assisted our VIP’s and celebrity guests throughout the festival and provided them with whatever they needed.

· Production Assistant for an Arabic student film named Hiba and was in charge of picking up equipment and running errands as well as providing a helping hand wherever needed.

· Assistant Director for a comedic sitcom called Not Your Enemies. · Call sheet administrator; safety consultant; time coordinator; scene preparation.
