Acted as agency producer and line producer for shoot. Also managed locations.

I was brought into this project with the understanding that we were trying to produce very high quality results with a low budget, and as such I understood that I'd have to take on several roles. In pre-production, I was responsible for coordinating meetings with the client, creating the project schedule and calendar, sourcing and/or creating all props, casting talent, securing necessary rental gear, helping create the shooting schedule, and sourcing/hiring crew. On set I acted as line producer/AD, as well as executing some of the practical visual effects.

This was something of a passion project for me, since I was treated for Leukemia at this cancer center a few years ago. I created this video in collaboration with Jason Gibson from Ciderfly Studio, and filmed it all over the course of two days of filming with a three person crew. I personally created the script outline, wrote all the interview questions, conducted all interviews, coordinated the shoot, and edited down the first rough cut.

I coordinated with Panera's internal team to produce and manage the production. They came to us with the idea less than a week before they wanted to shoot it, and I was able to put together the crew, secure locations, help craft the story, create the interview questions, and coordinate the shoot in that time. On set, I acted as line producer and conducted the interview, while keeping us on schedule and keeping the client happy. We completed the project under an extreme time crunch, but still came in under budget.

I conducted interviews, organized/managed the shoot, monitored the b-cam, hired crew, and acted as DIT for a two day shoot in which we captured interview and B-roll footage for 30 bio videos for the firm's attorneys.

I was in charge of ushering the project through the entire production process. I coordinated pre-production including booking all crew, setting up and overseeing talent casting, scheduling and overseeing location scouts and pre-production meetings, and arranging all aspects of the shoot. On set I acted as line producer and production manager, managing the crew and keeping the shoot on schedule.

I acted as production manager/AD on this shoot. I facilitated communication with the crew, director, and DP. I took shot notes, kept the production on schedule, monitored continuity, and made sure we got all the shots. https://vimeo.com/206493734
