I directed and edited this 30-minute documentary, "I Know How to Speak," for Atlanta-based rock band Manchester Orchestra. The band built an interactive website around the documentary (http://iknowhowtospeak.themanchesterorchestra.com) in support of their new album, "A Black Mile to the Surface." In addition I've edited 3 of their live performance music videos, "The Silence," "The Gold," and "The Moth," with more to come.

One of two editors on Kesha's "Rainbow the Film," which will be released August 10, 2018 as an iTunes exclusive. This 30-minute film is a unique hybrid of both documentary and music video-styled vignettes. I handled all the initial documentary editing, while another editor worked with the more stylized vignettes and special FX footage, then wove all the scenes together. The result is a thought-provoking, intimate look inside Kesha's fight back to the top since her last record.

Freelance editor on the live performance video "Making Love with the Radio On" from a 2016 NYC show. Shot with 5 cameras but Gavin sat playing at the piano for the entire song, so this was a tough edit. He also added new shots on his own after I delivered, so I was not the finishing editor, but I did the bulk of the editing.

Directed, edited and produced a 4-minute short documentary for glassblowing artist Jonathan Davis. "Glass Fire Poi" premiered at the Cucalorus Film Festival November 2016 and will be released online in December. This was a very artistic and creative project, designed to hold the audiences' attention despite having no dialogue or structured story. Edited 4 live-performance music videos from a 2015 Trace Adkins concert in NYC (4-camera shoot). All 4 songs will appear on his next album and the videos will be released in early 2016. I handled all video post-production from start to finish, and delivered final masters for distribution.

Edited a 1-minute promo for the Professional Drag Racing Association's national tour, and customized/uploaded for 12 different cities and dates.

Edited a 5-minute sizzle reel for a spec drag racing series called "The Dragway" for Director/Producer Shawna Brakefield. The show revolves around 4 drag-racing family members who needed to be featured in this short sizzle. This exciting project also called for a big, rich sound fx and music mix which I designed and music supervised as well. Loved working on this series and hope it gets picked up!

Produced and co-edited a docu-series following the life of international pop star, Ke$ha, as she traveled around the world on her first headlining tour. Shooting began in 2011, and I was one of the four original co-creators before this project was sold to MTV in 2012.

Produced and edited a series of four short documentaries based around the Pearl Harbor attack, December 7, 1941. These pieces feature many first hand accounts from survivors, both military and civilian, American and Japanese. I had amazing, behind-the-scenes access to sites, memorials, and archival material the public rarely gets to see. These films have won a 2010 CINE Golden Eagle Award Winner (Professional New Media), and were official selections for the 2011 St. Louis International and Newport Beach Film Festivals. I was selected as an ORISE (Oak Ridge Institute of Science and Education) scholar to work here in March 2009, and continued on as an independent contractor through mid-2010.
