Placed lunch order and grabbed coffee using company vehicle, handed off company card and receipts. Monitored closed off spaces in house location during filming. Cleaned up house before leaving location.

Obtaining, creating, and enhancing set design pieces. This included creating a "ITS A BOY" banner with construction paper and twine, hand painting baby icons (bottles, onesies, rattle, and duck) onto white boxes using blue and pink paints, as well as creating a ribbon hat for the baby shower scene. Contacted an acquaintance at a retail store to obtain display pieces, also gathered beads, containers, and lamps from family to create a jewelry making station. Before photos taken on set, everything put back to its original condition at conclusion of filming.

Manage budget, purchasing props and design pieces, keeping an inventory, making all possible returns and returning remaining budget. Lead an assistant. Dressing set, mainly The Doctors Inn Bed and Breakfast: bedroom, writer's nook, and check in desk. Moving furniture for camera repositions and framing.

Assist Art Department with distributing props on set including lit cigars and candles, moving and breaking down stage platforms, packing and storing wrapped props and design pieces.

Drive Production Van to and from production team hotel and filming locations. Ordering, picking up, and distribution meals. PA at two weddings and one day of character filming. Fire watch equipment. Assist camera crew at wedding reception with water and snacks as well as hot bricks and clean cards.

I joined "Vacation Rental Potential" in Spring Lake, New Jersey, where I assisted Gail Taylor in executing transformations throughout a 5-bedroom home for this show developed by the home sharing company, Home Away. After this week-long project, I was invited to meet the team in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, as well as Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Each home was unique and treated as such in the design. While my duties mostly pertained to installing curtains, painting, and moving furniture, I learned why Gail was making her choices in the new layout as well as the pieces she added or omitted. This has continued to influence my own design choices.

Drive production cars, parking in the city, filling gas tanks. Ordering, picking up, distributing meals. With quick lessons from the lead camera op, I set up and broke down lights, including a circle of Chinese lantern globes above the two-person interview space at multiple locations.

Research go-go music scene of DC for influence of set design. Open communication with Director to confirm design. Manage budget. Photograph before and after stages of production. Build and break down sets as shooting schedule moves on. Direct Set Design Assistant. Manage props. Return any unopened, reusable props and set design pieces. Return unused budget to producer.

12 hour shift on feet, directing performers into audition rooms, slating for audition tapes in the room, loading and unloading equipment.

Overnight shoot. Assistant to the Lead Cam Op at the finish/start line of the course, keeping a close eye on the participant bibs for leading athletes. Drink and food runs for the camera operator, as well as hot bricks and clean cards.

Designed an apothecary set with provided props and furniture. Decorated bed pillars with tree branches for a "natural" aesthetic. Designed the interior of a tipi with spray paint, animal skins, and natural elements.
