-Oversee all aspects of the Onboard Entertainment -Schedule, attend and manage all aerial training, rehearsals and performances -Program and operate rigging/automation system -Supervise sound, light and scenery quality -Create and submit production show reports -Act as liaison between Shore-side Entertainment Management, Producer and Onboard Production and Performance Personnel

-Train all parties involved how to play, market, sale, host, operate the game console and report results -Coordinate and supervise rehearsals -Give notes to develop and improve production and performance -Oversee production value including smooth transitions, stage set up, sound and light quality and performance delivery -Creation of production book
