Created, launched and served as Executive Producer of Weather Underground, a unique two-hour weeknight weather-entertainment program hosted by renowned tornado chaser and meteorologist Mike Bettes. Most recently oversaw six hours of weekday dayside programming which experienced ratings growth year-over-year. Conducted yearly performance reviews with team members to ensure they understood and were in compliance with the goals of the team and the network. Conducted show reviews to ensure that on-air content was in line with the missions of both the team and the network. Member of committee which collaborated on redesign of all on air-graphics. Selected by managerial team to participate in The Weather Company's corporate leadership program.

Oversaw six hours of weekend news programming as Senior and Executive Producer, primarily with Don Lemon as anchor. Served as Executive Producer of special programming/breaking news coverage, including: The search for Malaysia Airlines flight 370, the 2013 Presidential Inauguration (anchored by Erin Burnett and John King), 2012 Year in Review special, the funeral of Whitney Houston, the capture and killing of Osama bin Laden, the civil war in Libya and the capture of Moammar Gadhafi (anchored by Wolf Blitzer), Arab Spring (anchored by Wolf Blitzer and Anderson Cooper), Japan earthquake and tsunami (anchored by Wolf Blitzer), Hurricane Katrina (anchored by Anderson Cooper and Christiane Amanpour), the death of Pope John Paul II and the election of Pope Benedict XVI. Selected to go to New York to produce both 2012 election coverage and the Early Start morning show. Producer in charge of April 16, 2007, breaking news coverage of shootings at Virginia Tech. Conducted yearly performance reviews with team members to ensure they understood and were in compliance with the goals of the team and the network. Conducted show reviews to ensure that on-air content was in line with the missions of both the team and the network. Worked closely with members of other departments to ensure cross-platform sharing of ideas, stories and promotion. Worked with Audience & Research department to gain a better understanding of the CNN viewer. Shadowed and later freelanced with CNN National Assignment Desk to gain a better understanding of the CNN/affiliate relationship and management of CNN correspondents and crew. Selected by managerial team to participate in Turner’s corporate leadership program.
