Lead COVID-19 health and safety best practices, procedures and planning in accordance with local/state/federal guidelines and legal requirements • Remain abreast of new legal requirements and health and safety updates at the local/state/federal guidelines • Determine requirements needed for production projects • Ensure COVID-19 compliance training is delivered to cast, crew and others • Ensure entry and exit points and traffic flow areas are properly managed and secure • Review prep and shooting schedules to ensure required social distancing procedures are in place • Ensure employee screening protocols are in place and carried out daily • In conjunction with production management, enforce policies and protocols on-set • Manage staffing and supplies for cleaning and disinfecting (including cleaning vendors) • Lead and escalate issues to production management

•Managed all logistics regarding the booking and executing of all talent travel for production •Negotiated rates and arranged for payments to travel agency •Created travel memos for staff and talent •Ensured all requests were met by talent and that all documents were executed prior to shoot
