Responsible for pre-production planning, on-set prop coordination, contestant telephone interviews, compiling contestant biographies, creating contestant one sheets, story planning charts and competition spreadsheets. Responsible for producing on-camera one of the six contestant teams from start to finish all the way to victory. Produced my team solo for episodes 1, 2 & 3 and aided the team’s main producer for episodes 4 and 5 (the semi-final and finale episodes). Responsible for live note-taking during filming in the Main Control Room. Compiled and prepared interview materials and aided in the five episodic interviews for my team’s spokesperson.

Was the only production assistant that traveled with production for the five-week shoot. Aided with pre-production planning, travel and transportation. Fulfilled the duties of the Assistant Production Coordinator while maintaining Key PA responsibilities as we traveled across the country. Aided the producers as Associate Producer with research and live note-taking during filming as needed.

Responsible for in-office tasks as needed, including receptionist duties (answering, screening & forwarding telephone calls), receiving guests, office runs, equipment management, media organization, stocking items, delivering supplies, as well as various on-set tasks in the field.

Responsible for daily on-set production needs as opener. Aided with pre-production planning and post-production wrap. Aided producers as Associate Producer as needed, responsible for live note-taking during filming and set photography.

One of only 2 production assistants who traveled with the production around the country from start to finish. Aided with pre-production planning and post-production wrap. Responsible for driving box truck vehicles for 10+ hours to deliver equipment to and from set location. Responsible for driving talent to and from multi-state shoot locations. Fulfilled the duties of the Assistant Production Coordinator while maintaining Key PA and talent wrangling responsibilities.

Responsible for the daily delivery of all production equipment stored in the production cargo van. Responsible for the daily set needs of a field production, including maintaining craft services, aiding camera, grip, lighting & sound personnel as needed as well as photographing locations and film clean up.

Responsible for various tasks, both in the studio and in the field, pertaining to the smooth execution of television production. Proficient in driving vehicles of varying size (from mini-vans to box trucks), talent wrangling, office and various administration duties.
