Effectively managed, produced, and edited multiple projects as leader of small team of PA’s, assistant editors, and GFX. Participated in the development and writing of several GFX and animated segments. Edited and co-produced NBA Preview, NFL Preview, World Cup Preview, NBA Playoff Preview and several other online segments.

Lead editor for The Fine Brothers live-action YouTube sitcom My Music. Collaborated with several producers and editors in the post-production creation of over thirty episodes of scripted comedy series. Demonstrated impeccable comedic timing in the editing process. Addressed daily notes in a high pressure, deadline driven environment.

Tasks included development, writing, directing, producing, editing, set design, and green screen shooting. Conceived and executed compelling branded short form video content for the web and other digital platforms. Wrote treatments, scripts, dialogue, and production schedules. Participated in pitch meetings with an emphasis on up to the minute ideation.

Clients include Wayans/Alverez Productions, Tim and Eric’s Absolutely Productions, FreMantle Media, Mondo Media, Rooster Teeth, IFC, and ESPN. Created, sold, and wrote a half-hour pilot called “Seadick” to Spike TV. Creator of animated viral hit “Planet Unicorn”, which was named Funniest Animated Web Series All-Time by Timeout NY, and won the 2008 OMFG Award at LOGO’s New Now Next Awards. Created Channel 101’s award-winning “Classroom” of which “Community” and “Rick and Morty” creator Dan Harmon said, “Spiers started “Classroom” as a humble, character-driven pilot and it became the most embraced episodic series, leaving behind a legacy of five first-place episodes, thousands of happy audience members, and a show that can teach us a thing or two about Channel 101 success.”
