Develop new episodes, write treatments for vetted episodes, work with editors to place content in the program to conceptualize how a story should read. Work with getting archival, FOIA content and third party material in the Avid. Assure that all content is cleared and released. Assist with casting and locations.

Aquire content for new Television series. Execute materials and appearance releases for minors and adults.

Responsibilities include overseeing a team of researchers, work directly with editors and producers to place materials in the program, contact numerous outlets for content, log footage and stills and work with the Rights & Clearance team to ensure all content is clear for usage.

I produced this project, managed budgets, locations and was the script supervisor.

Convert letters for the program to PSD files in Photoshop according to Prometheus Stills and Digital File Specs - clean up images. Report third party vendor material at locked cut. Assist the team with rundowns using our “Rights & Clearances Procedures.” Log stills taken on set for marketing and program usage. Assist with fact checking of the script, location scout and assist with finding talent to interview for the program.
