At American Idol San Francisco tryouts I helped with registering contestants and providing them with paperwork that they needed for the following day. I also was responsible with photographing the contestant and checking their information for the producers. I also helped with breaking down the set at the end.

As an assistant editor intern I transcribe shots for editors and match the videos and voice overs for the editors. I also helped with finding film archives and researching about different subject matters.

I ran errands for the Art Director and helped the Art Director managed all their props. I helped with setting up the sets and breaking down the sets. I also helped with resetting props for the for the next shot.

My duties were to help with communication between the director and the producer. I helped with getting the talent to the film set and working traffic control. I also helped with building and breaking down sets and help with the art department.

I would tracking daily progress against the filming production schedule, arranging logistics, preparing daily call sheets, checking cast and crew, maintaining order on the set.

I made internet videos about how to do certain things, such as How to use a Torque Wrench; How to How to Get Enough Protein as a Vegetarian; and How to Hire a Nanny.

I worked as an assistant editor, where I would edited raw footage while making editing notes. I also researched for show ideas along with helping the company find talent.

I was responsible for tracking daily progress against the filming production schedule, arranging logistics, putting cast through make-up and wardrobe and helping with maintaining order on the set. I also worked as a second camera person.
