As a freelance editor for a client, I have been editing a documentary on the healing process after loss, acting reels, organizing files, transcribing and logging footage, and uploading videos online.

For a month, I shadowed editor, Scot Kelly, for ABC's mini series. I learned the post production process from viewing dailies to applying visual effects. I saw how Script Sync is used, and aided Kelly in deciding which shots to cut together based on acting performance and audience interpretation.

As a freelance editor/content manager, I organized and recited archive footage from the past 15 years of B-roll, court hearings, and interviews in the juvenile justice system, so that it could be sent to universities for educational purposes.

As the editor for our student short film, I worked with the director in realizing his vision for the film. I was responsible for cutting, audio, color correction, and titles. I also assisted in pre-production in storyboarding and on set as a script supervisor and key grip.

As Director of Photography and Editor for the student short film, I worked directly with director/writer from pre­production to post. ­Drew storyboards, scouted locations, assisted in casting, set up lighting, framed shots, and worked camera on set. ­Edited 15 minute short film (cutting, titles, color correction, audio, ADR, music)

As a Teaching Assistant/PA, I worked directly with Professor Graeme Clifford for Pepperdine’s "Directing and Producing" class. ­Responsible for scheduling casting sessions, location times, equipment rentals, preparing class materials, organizing class schedule, running errands, scanning/printing materials, editing scenes to show as examples to class, etc.

As an intern at the government- access channel, Access Osceola TV, I met with clients and directed/filmed/edited PSAs, event videos, and commercials to air on cable television. I also ­created graphic community bulletins for the channel and website, and interviewed locals and politicians during campaigns.

Hired for the day as a camera operator to ­film the annual marathon in Agoura Hills for promotional video of the Great Race to advertise to future participants.
